Fountain Street General Practice is a privately billing, appointment only, family medical practice. We are proud of the high quality level of care that we provide to our patients and the local community.

Where to Find Us

Fountain Street General Practice is located on Level 1 of The Fountain, at 21 Fountain Street, Alexandria, NSW. There is paid undercover parking (including two disabled places) in the Secure Parking car park in the building behind The Fountains, and street parking available on Fountain, Lawrence and Belmont Streets.

Bus routes 305, 355 and 370 pass close by, with bus stops located on Fountain Street and McEvoy Street (less than 50 metres from the practice) …
