Fountain Street General Practice is located on Level 1 of The Fountain, at 21 Fountain Street, Alexandria, NSW. There is paid undercover parking (including two disabled places) in the Secure Parking car park in the building behind The Fountains, and street parking available on Fountain, Lawrence and Belmont Streets.
Bus routes 305, 355 and 370 pass close by, with bus stops located on Fountain Street and McEvoy Street (less than 50 metres from the practice)

New Patients
Our practice welcomes new patients.
Several of our Doctors take on new patients – Dr Jessica Ainge Allen, Dr Tharuka Bodaragama, Dr Carole Chung, Dr Simon Cowap, Dr Elizabeth Davis, Dr Kim Goodman, Dr Sharon Hagen and Dr Joseph Jabri.
Dr Bradley Forssman is also taking new patients for HIV, sexual health, and aviation medicine.
Dr Rob Mundell will see new patients only for skin checks.

Antenatal shared care
With experience and training in caring for woman during pregnancy as well as pre-pregnancy planning and post delivery care.
Pre and Postnatal care
Every pregnancy, birth and postnatal period is unique. Practical and supportive postnatal care is essential to a mother and baby’s well-being.
Contraception
We are experienced in providing family planning advice and support, including contraception, pre-pregnancy assessments and fertility issues.
Immunisations
Immunisation protects the community against vaccine-preventable diseases. Timely vaccination is the best way to protect your child.
Skin Cancer Checks
Comprehensive skin cancer checks and skin lesion biopsies are available at Fountain Street General Practice.
Travel medicine
We are accredited by NSW Health to provide Yellow Fever vaccinations, and we stock most travel-related vaccines on site.
Sexual health
Our doctors are very experienced and up to date in the prevention, investigation and management of sexually transmissible infections.
HIV medicine
We have doctors who are HIV specialists and prep is available. We provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
Aviation medicine
We can undertake aviation medical assessments of private and commercial pilots for their medical certification.
Insurance assessments
The doctors at Fountain Street General Practice are able to assist you with medical related insurance claims. In most cases this will involve a full medical assessment.
