Dr Brad is a Public Health Physician who only sees patients for sexual health, HIV, pre- and post-travel medicine, aviation medicine and immunisations. He is a community S100 prescriber for HIV medications and is a Designated Aviation Medical Examiner (DAME) for CASA, enabling him to provide medical assessments for pilots and flight attendants.
Current hours: Fridays and every 2nd Saturday.

Dr Rob Mundell – Principal GP
MB, ChB, DFFP, MRCS, MRCGP, FRACGP
Dr Rob enjoys all aspects of holistic family medicine. He is a graduate of Aberdeen University Medical School, and has extensive experience in the UK and in Sydney. Dr Rob is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of General Practitioners and has also completed Certificates in Primary Skin Cancer Medicine, Primary Skin Cancer Surgery and further advanced courses in skin cancer surgery. Dr Rob performs surgical procedures such as removal of skin cancer, moles, cysts and ingrown toenails. Dr Rob is a HIV S100 prescriber and has particular interests in skin cancer surgery, men’s health and wellness, sexual health, psychological health, chronic diseases, and family planning.
Current Hours: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Dr Rob works some Saturdays, rotating with the other GPs on a monthly basis.

Dr Kim Goodman – GP
MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Kim trained as a GP after her twins were born and absolutely loves the privilege of caring for the whole family. She especially enjoys looking after women and children and has experience in antenatal care (RPA shared care accredited), paediatrics, and adolescent health. She is also passionate about mental health. She is originally from the UK, where she did her initial medical training before moving to and falling in love with Australia in 2001.
Current Hours: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Dr Carole Chung – GP
BMedSc, MBBS, Dip Paeds, FRACGP
Dr Carole has a wealth of experience in general practice. Carole graduated from the University of Tasmania in 1985 and moved to Sydney in 1987. She has been a General Practitioner since 1991and also has 9 years experience working part time in the Emergency Department of Sydney Children’s Hospital. Her work life includes general practice in Newtown for 18 years before moving to Alexandria in 2011 and she is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Her interests are paediatrics, women’s health and shared antenatal care.
Current hours: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Dr Marc Madeleine – GP

Dr Marc has worked in the inner west for more than 25 years. He is a very experienced GP with interests in paediatrics and men’s health, and worked for many years in the emergency department of Sydney Children’s Hospital.

Dr Simon Cowap – GP
MBBS(Hons), FRACGP
Dr Simon Cowap graduated with honours from The University of Sydney in 1987 and obtained his Fellowship in General Practice in 1997. He has broad experience in the full range of general practice from paediatrics to adult general medicine and chronic disease management. He also performs minor surgery such as skin biopsies and the removal of small cysts and skin lesions.

Dr Sharon Lim – GP

Dr Sharon has been at Fountain Street General Practice since 2011. Previously working in the Sutherland Shire and Sydney Children’s Hospital in Randwick. She has extensive paediatric experience and has special interests in women’s health, sexual health and Family Planning; but often treats the whole family. She is trained to insert and remove Implanons and participates in Shared Care.

Dr Jennifer Morrison – GP

Dr Jenny is a GP with a particular interest in the health of young families, including paediatrics, antenatal care, sexual/reproductive health, and psychological medicine such as postnatal depression and anxiety. She is able to insert and remove Implanons and administers iron infusions in suitable patients. She is a graduate of the University of Sydney and has worked in both urban and rural settings as a hospital doctor and a GP. Dr Jenny also holds a Diploma in Child Health, a Masters in Public Health, and the Family Planning NSW Certificate in Sexual Health.
Current hours: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Dr Lizzie Davis – GP

Dr Lizzie graduated from the University of Sydney in 2013. During her training she spent some extra time in Sydney Children’s Hospital Emergency Department and gained a Diploma of Child Health. Dr Lizzie’s interests include skin cancer, procedural general practice including insertion and removal of Mirena® and Implanon® as well as iron infusions. Her special interests are paediatrics, family planning, womens health, and breastfeeding support.

Dr Jessica Ainge Allen – GP

Dr Jess enjoys the wide variety of general practice with a focus on preventative medicine. In particular she enjoys working with families through life’s different stages. She believes passionately in supporting young families in the earlier years of a child’s life and beyond.
She has undertaken addition training in family planning, including implanon insertion and removal, antenatal shared care, paediatrics and travel medicine.

Dr Sharon Hagen – GP

Dr Sharon Hagen is a specialist GP with a focus on preventative and holistic healthcare across all age groups. She has a passion for continuing education, and has completed a Certificate in Emergency Medicine, a Diploma in Child Health, and multiple courses in mental health enabling her to provide Medicare-rebatable counselling under Mental Health Treatment Plans. Dr Sharon is a registered provider of antenatal shared care through St George and Royal Prince Alfred Hospitals, can administer iron infusions, and is accredited to insert and remove Implanons.
Current Hours: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Dr Rebecca Blake – GP

Dr Rebecca graduated from the University of NSW in 2002 and has worked in multiple practices around NSW. She has an interest in public health and family medicine.

Dr Joseph Jabri – GP
MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Joe graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Distinction from Western Sydney University. He subsequently completed his internship and residency at the Prince of Wales Hospital Sydney with further training in Emergency Medicine at Prince of Wales Hospital including time working at the Emergency Department of Sydney Children’s Hospital Randwick.
He completed his GP training in country NSW to garner further depth and diversity of practice. He practiced largely in the Illawarra area at that time and since then has relocated back to Sydney with his young family in the Inner West.
His particular areas of interest include Mental Health, Paediatrics, Chronic disease management, Aged care, and Men’s health. He enjoys a broad range of General Practice presentations.

Dr Alaric Koh – Developmental and Behavioural Paediatrician
MBBS FRACP AFCHSM CHM MPH MHM
Dr Alaric Koh is a Consultant Paediatrician, specialised in the field of Community Child Health (Developmental Paediatrician). He primarily sees children with learning, developmental and behavioural difficulties, and is experienced in the assessment of children for Developmental Delay and other behavioural difficulties such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder and Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder.
Current Hours: Fridays.
At present, Dr Koh only accepts new patients that are existing patients of Fountain Street General Practice.
Practice Nurses
We have four practice nurses, Anne Maree, Rowena, Jen and Carol, who have extensive nursing experience both in the hospital and community settings. They provide vaccinations, wound management, health checks and other services to our patients, and also provide assistance to the doctors in emergency treatment of sick patients. In addition, it is practice policy that all phone calls of a clinical nature are initially put through to the nurses.
Practice Manager
Leanne works full-time as our practice manager and supports the clinical and administrative staff in the day to day running of the practice. Leanne has worked for the practice for 10+ years and we are very lucky to have her to keep us all in line.
Receptionists
Our receptionists come from a variety of backgrounds, and are all friendly, professional and happy to help you. Our Fountain Street reception team members are Michelle, Beth, Deb, Nikki, Molly, Michelle’T’ and Brigitte.
