Due to CORONAVIRUS we have made come changes:Face to face consultations are preferable but if you have any symptoms of fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, shortness of breath or diarrhoea, we ask that you let us know either by phone or if booking online, please make a note in the “reason for visit” so that we are aware.

We ask that if you have any of the above symptoms, that you perform a Rapid Antigen test (RAT) on the day of your appointment and that you wear a mask when attending the practice.

We continue to offer telehealth appointments for patients that have visited the practice within the past 12 months.

Telehealth consults are usually privately charged. Your doctor will discuss this with you at the beginning of the consult. Please note your doctor will call you at the nominated appointment time or as close to this time as possible. Please be available to take the call and be in a private, quiet area. The call MAY be from a “NO CALLER ID”.

Please do not use online bookings for emergencies or urgent medical appointments. For emergencies, please call “000” or present to your nearest Emergency Department.
