The doctors at Fountain Street General Practice are able to assist you with medical related insurance claims. In most cases this will involve a full medical assessment.
Please inform reception when booking if your appointment is insurance related as it will usually require a longer appointment in order to complete the necessary paperwork or have a medical assessment performed by your doctor.
