Telehealth Consultation

Fountain Street GP offers both telephone and video consultations as well as face-to-face appointments.

You can book a telehealth appointment if you are an existing patient of the practice and:

• Are in Australia (consultations cannot be provided to anyone overseas)
• Have attended the clinic once in the past 12 months for a face-to-face consultation
• Don’t require in-person assistance (e.g. if the doctor doesn’t need to conduct an examination).

Fees for telehealth consultations are the same as a face-to-face consultations. Please see our fee list for costs.

To secure your booking, our practice requires an upfront temporary holding of the cost.  A Non-Attendance Fee will be charged to your credit card if an appointment is not cancelled prior to the appointment, with a minimum 2 hours’ notice.
